Transcript:
Hi, Lisa. We've talked about FF&E before, and I know that we've talked about on-site, and what you guys can do to bring the equipment and these pieces into a construction, new construction, or rebuild situation.
Can you tell me a little bit about like the behind-the-scenes stuff that you guys do, that your team does, that really adds a true value to whoever it is, that your client is, that you're working for?
Yes, Brian. I believe, in my opinion, that we are one of their greatest assets. We bring in their items, we inspect their items, we check their items off of an excel spreadsheet. If anything is damaged, we immediately notify the client.
We do ready to assemble furniture. If an interior designer, a model home, if they need the furniture assembled, it's assembled. And one of the biggest pains that helps is that if something is damaged, or if something needs to be assembled, it can be done way prior to the date of delivery because a lot of times the opening of a model home, or a hospital, or a dispensary, or whatever my client is...
They have to open, and when they cannot open, then that costs them money. So, I have been asked, well, isn't this a little expensive? This is a little out of my budget. No, it's not because we keep you from not opening on time, and not opening on time is huge!
Sure. Yeah, you add that assurance that the items that need to be where they need to be are one actually there, and safe.
And, not broken. Right. But, but, yeah, absolutely. They're in working condition.
Again, maybe that's something where it has to be pre-built or whatever? But everybody knows everything, and it's on the same page, as when things need to happen, they actually can happen on time, and appropriately.
Right. I agree. I agree. People don't realize how important what we do is, until they do it themselves, and then they go, oh, my goodness. You know, this was broken and that was broken, and I'm missing this, or I'm missing that.
And before you know it, they're not opening on time, and I talk primarily about the cannabis industry. A lot of these folks are direct ship. I personally think it's a bad idea, but that's my opinion.
Right. Yeah, there's a lot of risk involved in that.
Because if something's broken two days before they're supposed to open and it's still in the box, then what are they supposed to do?
Absolutely. Well, that really clued me in on a lot more of again, what you guys can do as you bring in these products, and these items, and the equipment that you guys take care of. And then, deliver it all safely on time.
So, thank you, Lisa.
You're welcome, Brian.
