(FF&E) Furniture, Fixtures & Equipment - Video
President of Berea Moving & Storage and WOOD-LEE International Art Handler, Lisa Holly, discusses how her team handles (FF&E) Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment. They work with construction companies, interior designers, and architects. Really, anyone that's going to do a project, new build out, or a renovation build out.
Transcript:
Hi, Lisa. Thanks for sitting down with me, again. You've mentioned in the past about FF&E, and I think I have some idea what that is.
But could you, in your words, kind of describe that a little bit more to me? So, I get a little better grasp on what that really is?
Yes, Brian. FF&E stands for furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
What that is... Is we will take in new furniture, new equipment, safes, restaurant equipment....
We hold it in the warehouse until a new build out, or a renovation build out is complete, and then we deliver everything back to the space.
We set it up. We hang the artwork. We put equipment in place. Whatever is needed to make it up and ready to go. Typically, we do this for construction companies, interior designers, architects, anyone that's going to do a new project.
Sure, that's a great explanation. And really tightens things up.
You gave me a little bit more clarity on what FF&E really is.
Thank you, Lisa.
You're welcome, Brian.
