It's great to talk to you again, Lisa.

Recently, you had given me some stories about things that you've done in the past.

Even in the residential side that moves that maybe like an ordinary moving company couldn't do because you have such a dual side to your company. Can you share one of those stories with me?

Yes, Brian. One of the things though, before I do, is I get a chuckle out of the fact that people know me as a moving company, people know me as an art handling company, and they don't understand that I am both. So, it is the message that I need to get out there. As much as possible.

But as far as a story, we did a move last year, there was a family... The house was about 5 or 6,000 square feet. They had a very large art collection and a very large wine collection. And most of the time they would have had to call two different kinds of companies.

But we were able to go in and package all the art, move it in a climate-controlled truck so that it stayed at 68 degrees and 55% humidity. Then, we were able to move their wine collection in a separate truck and move the household goods in a standard moving truck. Then, we went in and set everything up. We put the wine away, we unpacked all the boxes and put everything in the cupboards and closets.

Then, we went and re-hung all the artwork for them. This is not a traditional service that a moving and storage company offers. And this is the reason why we have been very successful in that are arena, if you will, because people do not have to make two and three phone calls. They can make one that is to me and, we can make things work for them.

I appreciate you telling me a little bit more about that story and sharing it with us, but I think one of the great parts, that I think about, is that the one call is great... People don't miss out, too.

They don't know what they don't know. If they can call a company like yours, you can give them the proper information so they can make the right decisions, as they move forward with the move.

And it just proves how ideal a client like that would be for you.

Yes, I agree. Someone that wants to be educated, someone that wants to know, you know, a person... And the great thing is that we can come back again, just to move the furniture later, if they're getting new carpet, or new flooring... We've built a relationship at that point.

Absolutely. Thank you, Lisa.

You're welcome, Brian.
